I can imagine the frustration.
You have the best of intentions, you’re taking action, you’re committed and motivated to losing weight and being healthier. You’re eating healthy foods, working out, trying to get good sleep… and yet your body won’t cooperate with you. It holds onto that fat you’re trying to lose, or worse yet, puts more on.
