Saturated fats, some people think they’re the evil bad fats and should be avoided like the plague, that they contribute to heart disease. Then there’s those that think you should dine out on saturated fats and that you can’t get enough of of them in your diet.
So who’s right?
Perhaps a little from column A and a little from column B. It all depends on the context and the source of your saturated fats and in the video below I address which saturated fats you definitely want to avoid, and which can be really beneficial for you.
